Basketball is decided as much between the ears and in the legs as it is with the ball in your hands. Swysh Den pairs two add-on coaching tracks with our basketball programs: one-on-one Mental Performance Coaching and basketball-specific Athletic Performance Training.

Both programs run as add-ons alongside a Swysh Den membership. Neither one replaces skills clinics, shooting machine reps, or pick-up games; they are built to make everything a player is already doing on our courts count for more.

Mental Performance Coaching

One-on-one weekly sessions with Jordan Lewis, LPC, focused on focus, composure, and confidence under pressure.

Athletic Performance Training

Basketball-specific strength, speed, and agility work with Sports Performance Specialist J Sharpe III of Stay Sharpe Performance.

Mental Performance Coaching with Jordan Lewis, LPC

Mental Performance Coaching is an add-on service built to work alongside Swysh Den's basketball training programs. Sessions run weekly, one-on-one, with Jordan Lewis, a Licensed Professional Counselor who is also developing Swysh Den's own Mental Performance Certificate Program. Each session is built around real steps a player can take onto the court and into practice, not just a conversation.

How sessions work

Coaching starts with an assessment of where a player's mental game stands today. From there, Jordan builds a customized plan around confidence, focus, and resilience, and weekly coaching calls keep progress on track with clear, accountable next steps.

Athletic Performance Training with J Sharpe III

Basketball asks a lot of the body: explosive power, fast changes of direction, a strong vertical, and split-second reactions. Swysh Den's Athletic Performance Training, led by Sports Performance Specialist J Sharpe III of Stay Sharpe Performance, is built around those specific demands, for athletes at every level.

Getting started

Mental Performance Coaching and Athletic Performance Training are both add-ons available to Swysh Den members. Ask at the front desk or bring it up when you book your free trial, and staff will get you set up with Jordan or J Sharpe.
