Most gyms give you a court and a rack of balls. Swysh Den is built to be an actual training facility: five dedicated shooting courts, ball-handling stations, private coaching, group clinics, a conditioning zone, and a technology wall that turns agility work into a game. Every membership tier draws from this same lineup, so the tools you use are the same ones our competitive players train on.
Dr. Dish shooting machines on five dedicated courts. The machine rebounds and passes the ball back so every session is reps, not chasing rebounds, with shot totals and accuracy tracked in real time.
Learn moreDedicated stations for daily ball-handling work, built to develop the control and confidence that carry over into game speed.
Learn morePrivate sessions with an in-house Swysh Den coach, built around a specific goal, whether that's shooting mechanics, defense, or overall basketball IQ.
Learn more55-minute group sessions covering shooting, passing, defense, and situational drills, led by Swysh Den's trainers.
Learn moreWork built around explosive power, balance, and reaction time, the physical foundation underneath every basketball skill.
Learn moreCoaching for the mental side of the game, focus, confidence, and composure under pressure, led by a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Learn moreA gamified training wall for reflexes, agility, and decision-making, built for players of every age and skill level.
Learn moreAn on-site strength and conditioning area to build the muscle and stamina that support everything happening on the court.
Training only works if the people running it know the game. Swysh Den's basketball staff is led by Basketball Program Director Michael "Ruff" Ruffin, a nine-season NBA veteran who played for the Bulls, 76ers, Jazz, Wizards, Bucks, and Trail Blazers before moving into NBA and G League player development. Head of Competitive Basketball William "JR" Coleman, founder of TheAcademyPHX, oversees the competitive track, and General Manager Brandon Smith, a former Division 1 athlete and Certified Basketball Instructor, runs day-to-day operations.
Speed and agility work is guided by Sports Performance Specialist J Sharpe III of Stay Sharpe Performance, and mental performance coaching is led by Jordan Lewis, a Licensed Professional Counselor who is developing Swysh Den's Mental Performance Certificate Program. On-court training is delivered by a staff of coaches that includes Jordan Schiller, Kai Warren, Blake Kramer, Zach Williamson, and Mathias Clairis-Gauthier, with WNBA guard and former Mizzou All-SEC standout Sophie Cunningham serving as brand ambassador. Swysh Den is also an ESA-approved vendor for basketball tutoring in Arizona.
All four membership tiers include unlimited pick-up games, open gym, and Interactive Wall access, with shooting machine, dribbling machine, and skills clinic allotments that scale by plan:
